The woman who found Rice tried to do everything she can to save him. She took him to the vet where he was taken X-rays and did necessary test. The results showed that his back legs, shin bones, and all of his thigh bones, were broken. Not only was his physical health depleted, but his mentality was extremely bad.

The second day at the vet, Rice had a little more energy and a better mood. He started to eat and felt more comfortable. However, he was not strong enough to undergo surgery. The woman carried Rice on her lap to give him some sweet kisses and cuddles.

After a week, Rice was ready to enter the operating room. Everyone was afraid of losing him, but they believed that God was there to support them, especially Rice. Thankfully, the surgery was successful, and Rice’s fate had changed.

After ten days, the anesthetic was over, and Rice was awake again. His legs was still in pain, but he tried his best to stand up. After standing for 5 minutes, Rice was taken to his bed to take a rest and recover.
