Many people think that animals are just silly creatures, but in fact they are intelligent creatures who are able to feel love and compassion just like us. If you don’t believe us, the unlikely friendship between a wild fox and a tame dog below will change your mind. Their unusual bond will prove that friendship comes in many varieties, and animals from different species can form unexpected friendships.

Meet Tinni and Sniffer, a dog and a fox who conquered all differences to become best friends. The tame dog lives in Norway with his human, a photographer named Torgeir Berge. The two animals met each other for the first time in a forest in Norway and immediately formed a special friendship.

They don’t care how different they are, they play and doing everything together as if they’ve been friends all their lives.

As Berge witnessed the great bond between his dog and the wild fox, he decided to capture their friendship in a beautiful series of pictures. Their cute photos were then shared on social media, and quickly took the internet by storm. People couldn’t get enough of their cuteness and sweetness.

Tinni and Sniffer’s great friendship has touched so many people that it inspired a children’s book. A large portion of the profit goes to an anti-fur trade campaign.

“Foxes are just like dogs in their behavior and personality. I get tears in my eyes. I think of the millions of versions of Sniffer who are locked up in cages all their lives.” Torgeir Berge wrote on his Facebook page.
